this is my collection of notes about nature. a lot of these are descriptions of hikes i go on, with a focus on flora, fauna, climate, and geology. these are intended to be living documents that i'll revise or update over time, with subsequent visits or information etc., not trip reports. these notes are a combination of my observations and research online. i consult herbariums, usgs resources, climate resources and more when writing these.
